Where We Ship
We currently ship to the contiguous United States only. We're not able to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or PO boxes at this time.
Shipping Rates
- Ground shipping: $12.95 on orders under $250.
- Free ground shipping: on orders of $250 or more (calculated on your order subtotal after any discounts, before tax and shipping).
- Oversized or heavy items (long rods, bulky or heavy gear): a flat $39.99 shipping charge per order.
- Large items (the biggest things we ship): a flat $149.99 shipping charge per order.
- In-store pickup: always free, with no order minimum.
The oversized and large-item rates apply regardless of order total, discounts, or 61 Club membership. You'll only ever pay one of them: if your cart has both, the large-item rate covers the whole order. Products that carry one of these rates say so on the product page, right under the price.
Pickup-Only Items
A few items can't be shipped at all, either because of their size or because carriers won't take them. These are marked pickup only on the product page. If your cart includes one, the whole order is set up for free in-store pickup at our shop in Weymouth.
61 Club members get free ground shipping on every order, regardless of cart size, with one exception: the oversized and large-item rates above still apply to 61 Club members the same as everyone else.
If an item in your order should have carried an oversized or large-item rate and didn't, we reserve the right to cancel it. If that happens, we'll reach out and give you the choice to proceed with the correct shipping charge applied, or receive a full refund.
Delivery Times
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, ground delivery typically takes an additional 2–3 business days in the Northeast, though this is an average, not a guarantee — actual transit time can vary by carrier and destination.

In-Store Pickup
Pickup orders are typically ready within one business day, as long as your order is placed by 4 PM ET. Orders placed after 4 PM ET will be ready the following business day.
Backorders & Partial Shipments
If an item in your order is backordered, we'll reach out with an estimated delivery date. If we're unable to fulfill part of your order, we'll automatically adjust your order and refund the difference for the unavailable item(s). If you originally qualified for free shipping, you'll keep it even if that refund brings your order total below the threshold.
Some items ship directly from the manufacturer. If your order includes one of these, it may arrive separately from the rest of your items.
Address Changes & Order Issues
If you need to correct a shipping address or catch a mistake on your order, contact us as soon as possible at orders@monahansmarine.com. Orders begin processing quickly, and depending on where an item is shipping from, we may not be able to make changes once that's underway.
