Starting a Return
Returns must be initiated within 30 days by emailing orders@monahansmarine.com — we'll send you a prepaid UPS return label. Please don't send anything back before reaching out first; we can't guarantee a refund or credit for items returned without an initiated return.
Return all merchandise to:
Monahan's Marine, 396 Washington Street, Weymouth, MA 02188 — this applies even if your item originally shipped to you directly from the manufacturer.
Items must be returned in original condition and original packaging.
Refunds vs. Store Credit
- Choose store credit: your return ships back free.
- Choose a refund: the cost of return shipping is subtracted from your refund — unless the item is defective, broken, or the wrong item was sent, in which case you're refunded in full with no shipping deduction.
Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable; refunds cover the cost of the goods only.
Once we receive and process your return, refunds or store credit can take up to 10 business days to appear.
Store Credit & Cashback Adjustments
If you used store credit toward the purchase you're now returning, that credit amount is deducted from your return. The same applies to any cashback earned on that order (10% back on in-store pickup, 5% back on delivery) — if you've already spent that cashback elsewhere, we'll subtract the exact amount you're now forfeiting from your current refund or credit.
Warranty Claims
For manufacturer defects or warranty questions on items outside our 30-day return window, please contact the manufacturer directly.
